We would like to take this time to say THANK YOU for such an amazing school year! It has been our pleasure and privilege to teach your child during this past school year. Last Day of the After School Program
Sunshine After School will be open on the last day of school, which is Friday, June 12th.

Families who have signed up for the Summer Program will receive a weekly newsletter about the upcoming week's summer program. Please look forward to our first Summer newsletter with details regarding the first week of our Summer Program soon!

Teacher Appreciation Week
Sunshine Preschool teachers would like to express their thanks and gratitude to all the families who helped their children prepare thank you cards, sweet treats, and flowers for our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. Our teachers and directors would also like to thank families who have donated supplies to our programs as well. We are all grateful and appreciative for your kind thoughts and generosity.

Preschool Graduation
Preschool graduation is on June 5th, Friday, starting at 4:30 PM. Come celebrate your child’s hard work! Each graduating child will have two chairs for family. If additional family members come, they will be asked to stand. If your child is not participating in graduation, please pick up your child by 4:00 PM.

Juneteenth and July 4th Holiday!
Sunshine Preschools will be CLOSED on Friday, June 19th to observe Juneteenth and Friday, July 3rd to observe Independence Day.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. Parents may check their balance online at www.mysunshineschool.com. Please pay the amount owed by June 10th or a late fee of 10% will apply. Thank you for your cooperation!

We are starting to make preparations for the upcoming school year! Please take the time to fill out this survey so that we can get a head start on classroom and transportation arrangements for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Juneteenth and July 4th Holiday!
Sunshine Preschools will be CLOSED on Friday, June 19th to observe Juneteenth and Friday, July 3rd to observe Independence Day.

Extracurricular Make-up Classes
Below is a list of make-up/rescheduled extracurricular classes:

• K-Pop (5/20) was canceled. Make-up class: Wednesday, 6/10 (same time).
• Reading for 1st grade & up (5/18) was canceled. Make-up class: Monday, 6/1 (same time)
• Kung Fu (1/22) was canceled. Make-up class: Thursday, 6/4 (same time).
• Anime & Cartoons (3/11) was canceled. Make-up class: Wednesday, 6/3 (same time).
• Soccer (3/19) was canceled. Make-up class: Thursday, 6/4 (same time).
• Art Fundamentals (4/1) was canceled. Make-up class: Wednesday, 6/3 (same time).
• Hip Hop Dance (4/21) was canceled. Make-up class: Tuesday, 6/2 (same time).
• K-Pop (5/6) was canceled. Make-up class: Wednesday, 6/3 (same time).

Warm Weather Reminders
As we approach the warmer months, we would like to remind parents to pack sunscreen/sunblock, a hat, as well as a refillable water bottle for students to bring to school/Sunshine everyday.

Registration for our Summer Program is still open! Our Summer 2026 Program Packet will detail all the information you need to know about our camp this summer. Register now to reserve your spot!
