Greetings Sunshine Family,

It is time to jump into the spring season! Below are a few Sunshine School reminders and announcements to keep in mind as we begin the month. Thank you for staying updated with the Sunshine School Newsletter!             

We would also like to applaud our ANCCS participants: Matt Lin (Kindergarten) and Queenie Yanjhen Chen (4th Grade) for their great work at the competition.

Additionally, a special thanks to our Chinese Class dance team (Lauren Kang (1st Grade), Julianne Hu, Lydia Hu, Zoey Ng (2nd Grade), Amy Yao, Katelyn Lee (3rd Grade), and Ella Kim (4th Grade)) for their performance at Ruskin's Multicultural Fair!

Easter Egg Hunt!
Sierra Preschool will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 18th at 10:30AM. Please have students wear their Sunshine School T-shirt (optional) and bring a basket or bucket for their eggs! Families who wish to donate treats for the Easter Eggs should do so by Monday, April 14th.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. Parents may check their balance online at www.mysunshineschool.com. Please pay the amount owed by April 10th or a late fee of 10% will apply. Thank you for your cooperation!

Easter Egg Hunt!
Sunshine School will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday, April 17th. If you would like to contribute towards our Easter Egg Hunt, feel free to bring Easter Eggs along with any of the following items:  

• candies (no nuts)
• small toys
• erasers
• stickers

Please turn in treats to your lead teacher by Monday, April 14th.

Kindergarten's Egg Hunt will take place on Thursday, April 17th at 4:30 PM on the Turlock Field (1363 Turlock Lane). 1st Graders and up will have their egg hunt on Thursday, April 17th at 4:30 PM on the Ruskin Field (1401 Turlock Lane).

Please note that your contribution is optional and not required for your child to participate in the Egg Hunt. Students may also bring an Easter Basket to collect their eggs!

Full Day Program for Spring Break
We will be open for our Full Day Program from Friday, April 18th to Friday, April 25th for Spring Break from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Families may sign up for these dates using the following form: Full Day Program Sign-up

Below are the tuition rates for Spring Break:

• For all six days: $480
• For Monday, April 21st to Friday, April 25th: $400
• Or $95 per day

Space is limited! If you need care for Spring Break, please sign-up to save your child's spot. The fee will be added to your April tuition.

Extracurricular Classes
Below is a list of make-up/rescheduled extracurricular classes:

• French Class canceled on Tuesday, 3/25 - makeup class Wednesday, 4/9 (same time and classroom)
• French Class canceled on Tuesday, 4/1 - makeup class TBD 
• Math Class canceled on Tuesday 3/11 - makeup class Tuesday 5/27 (same time and classroom)
• Chinese Class canceled on Tuesday 3/4 - makeup class Tuesday 5/27 (same time and classrooms)
• Soccer and Kung Fu Classes canceled on Thursday 2/6 and 2/13 - makeup class Thursday 5/29 and 6/5 (same time)
• Soccer Class canceled on Thursday 3/13 - makeup class Tuesday 6/2 3:00-3:45pm; 3:50-4:35pm.
• No Zumba class between 3/24 - 4/14 - makeup classes have been scheduled on 4 Fridays (2/7, 2/14, 2/28, 3/7)
